Bulk system info please

Can somebody tell me who has the best bulk system and where to get it for an Roland SC545 proII

i tried that but they won't sell to me in Massachusetts, so I was wondering iff there are other systems out there that work like a cartridge system not requiring special installation.

Why not? I didn't know that there was any sort of "territory" with a bulk ink system.

They said that it had to be installed professionally and nobody in my area is affiliated with them.
