Bungee Ball Cord Supplier

Anyone know a good supplier or where to get a Bungee Ball Cord exactly or substantially like this? Has about a 1" ball / 12" cord

you can try west marine, look up sail ties. they also have the shock cord by the foot and the balls separate.
