Bus Shelter Window Stickers

Hey gang, what are your recommendations for material (print media, adhesive and laminate) for stickers going on the outside of bus shelter windows. They would be read from the inside. I'm guessing that I would print on a white vinyl, coat the front with clear adhesive for face mounting. Do you suggest laminating the back for further protection or is that just a waste of money?

Or I suppose the other option is to print in reverse to clear vinyl and add a white backer to it. Is one method preferable over another?

3m makes an ultra removable clear for applications like this, IJ38 if I remember correctly. Print on it in reverse and laminate with white cut vinyl.
