    Hi All

One of my clients want to make a sign board with "coated" MDF. I suppose they are Melamine coated or powder coated (?).

Do you know where I can buy such thing? Laminated MDF or particle board etc..

    Thanks!

No such thing as powder coated MDF.

They sell laminated particle board in Lowes and Home Depot. If you want to laminate MDF, just order the laminate, edging and contact cement to laminate it yourself.

If it's a standard size you may find replacement drafting table tops in the right size, but those are usually particle board as well.

    Why not use pre-finished MDO?

I am looking to by some pre-fab board too. It will be fun to laminate it myself. I like learning new skills...
