Need Help [C] Broken Chip error

Hey all, I have a 4 year old Mutoh XpertJet 1341 SR pro and I am having issues with Broken chip and Check color errors
on the printer. All colors are giving errors, new cartidges too. Does anyone have any knowledge about this?
I will Call Bell and Howell if I have to But, $1500 just to come out is insane in my opinion. Please help! Thx

Turn the machine off and take all of the cartridges out. Then boot the printer back up. Once it boots up completely, install each cartridge one at a time. Sometimes that takes care of this issue.

With newer firmware it will run with 2 bad chips on most error conditions
