I just gotta say...every time I work with these guys, they blow me away with their customer service. Gene and Lenore are top notch! I've ordered a couple bigger orders that shipped directly to the customer, and I just needed ONE 4" X 8" sign, and Gene acted like I was his only customer even though I'm sure it was an annoying project. He just kept saying "There's no job too small!"

Anyway, top notch work over there. Never had a complaint from a customer, and I sure as heck don't have a complaint about them. Great people, and merchant members. If you need any engraving done...check them out. I will go nowhere else.
