Hello!
This morning I printed some typical print jobs with Caldera Postnet to run through the Summa cutter. However, the problem is that my cutter is now looking for 6 registration marks when there are only 4. It's really odd, I've never had this happen. I reset the software and the cutter and still the same thing.
They aren't very long sections of decals that's why there are only 4 registration marks and even the Caldera software shows there are only 4 registration marks on the preview.
Any ideas? Caldera is generally slow in getting back to me and I have a lot of production to get out the door today.
