Calibrating Feed on 745ex

So I have an old 745ex that is going out of whack on the feed calibration. I feel like the motor is going, but I need to figure out a way calibrate the feed.

When I load of a new roll of media I'm getting close to the +2.00% just to get the calibration right and then I'm out of calibration.

Help.

How many hours on the motor?

I looked it up after we spoke on the phone. Not many. Around 130 hours. I thought it had a lot more than that.

After talking to Roland about this, I would think you might consider the following:

1 - Clean the grit rollers with brass brush
2 - Replace the Pinch Wheels
3 - Replace the Feed Motor
