Calling Océ 400 series users.

Hi all,

in the process of replacing a Dilli Hybrid machine and the Océ is a contender. I really like the large static bed and the white + varnish option is one I will be able to make great use of.

I would like to ask your thoughts on Gamut, in particular Cocacola reds. Ink Consumption.

My major question would be the inks adhesion to coreflute, fluteboard, coroplast (what ever it may be called in your neck of the woods) as this is a large part of my day to day usage.

Also is their anything you would like to add, pros or cons you have about your machine.

That is something that I was not aware of. I was only aware of the 255.

I would say after reading the Océ documents the 256 sounds like it would be best suited.

If the Gamut from 258 was commercially acceptable then possibly that.
