Can air in the connecter cause a problem?

Howdy Ya'll,

Can air in the JV33's damper connector cause a problem?
Check it out in the picture attached to this thread.
I can see a air bubble moving and whatever I tried I couldn't get rid of it.
I believe this is the reason the tech decided to change my JV33's printhead because he couldn't diagnose the problem correctly. I am still having the same problem I hired him to fix.

Any input is welcome.

Check the brass nut, there should be an O-ring.

Sorry, I should have mentioned. This picture is taken after the o-ring is changed but there is still little air bubble in there.
