Times normal fits better, I wonder what program it was created in,I guess it's a moot point now. If the OP needs it this week send me a e-mail

Looks like an embroidery file to me . . .
They are almost always impossible to convert without completely recreating the file.
Much easier to do the opposite and create the embroidery file from an EPS . . . !

Your right those embroidery files are some strange animals, and usually are DXF

It will take some work to fix that file. Enroute did ok with it, but after messing with it in AI, Acrobat and Corel there is no easy way to make it work. It would take an hour or two.
