Can anyone help me with an Excel problem? URGENT!!!

Help!

I have 200 packages I need to ship tonight on UPS and I can't get this damn Excel file to work right with UPS.com or Worldship. Can anyone take an Excel file and convert it to a CSV file that works for me? I'll pay for your help, not asking for any favors...
