Can anyone ID this poor font?

Been a long time since I posted... Someone must have auto-traced this logo at one point and now it is the only one they have available, I am told.

Hoping someone can tell me what that font in the arched text used to be originally. Maybe even a close one to use from here forward would be so much better than this.
