Can I get Eye Candy into Flexi 10.5?

I recently upgraded to Flexi Pro 10.5, I also purchased Eye Candy 7. My work computer is NOT on the internet. Does anyone know how I can get the Eye Candy software into Flexi without being on line?
I also have Photoshop CS2 but I think it needs 5 or higher.

If this is the PhotoShop Plugin, you must have full version Adobe Photoshop installed on the computer with Flexi.
