Can I laminate Oracal Rapid Air with 3M Lustre?

If it's a 3m calendared lustre, it'll shrink faster than the cast you're applying it to, causing it to lift. If it's a cast lustre, you shouldn't much notice a difference.

If it's a cast lam I have mixed brands before on flat surfaces and it has worked fine. I wouldn't chance it if its being installed on compound curves that require stretching or shrinking the vinyl since different brands stretch and shrink at different rates.

In a few months' time, the lam will be 10% smaller than the cast vinyl it was applied to, the adhesive left behind will collect all manner of dust and dirt and generally look bad. This is assuming you are using a calendared laminate.
