Can I print multiple print/cut jobs at same time without nesting ?

Is it possible in Flexi Complete to print & cut multiple jobs side by side at the same time without having to nest them together?

I want to print a panel that is 30" x 450" and have it have its own set of crop/cut marks. I then also want to put multiple smaller 25" x 20" jobs on the same 60" wide print and them have their own crop/cut marks so I can cut them out at a later time and not have to nest and cut everything out at the same time.

Maybe I'm looking at this wrong, but based on the photo, it looks to me like you will have to cut everything before you weed anything.

There should be an option in the cutting tab to put the marks around the entire nest or individual files. I can't remember what the setting is called off the top of my head but I am pretty sure it's there.

Yes you can. In each design file you can add contour cut marks to individual pieces under the effects tab I believe. Let's say you want to contour cut a circle, you add the contour cut lines, then add the contour marks. I then make a copy and remove the contour cut lines but leave the contour marks for the plotter. You then can add multiple designs with contour cut marks and nest them. So I print the designs with the cut marks for the plotter, but no contour cut lines. (this way flexi doesn't add a 2nd set of cut marks for the plotter.) Then, when you are ready to cut just the circle, you grab the circle with the contour cut lines and send only the cut file to the plotter. You have to make sure when you add the contour cut marks for the plotter that the options are the same in Flexi and in PM. I've done this many times. I hope I have explained it clear enough. Also, once you create cut marks in Flexi, you can't rotate to nest in PM.

How would one go about utilizing the stickers that were plotted first without removing or messing up the registration marks on that side of the material?

I have done this .... though I did not find the material savings vis-a-vis the added layout time worth the effort.... I had manually saved an image of the smaller job as a pdf, but with the registration/cutter marks as part of the 'artwork' - I then printed this image with the only "through" cut being the outline of the pdf alongside the long thin job (the kiss-cut fie for the sheet of stickers was saved already).... Did the contour/kiss-cut to the whole image, through cut the big job and the rectangular smaller image of stickers off... then sheet fed the stickers into our older Graphtec "Craft Robo plus" as a sheet. (I believe the 9000 would also take the sheet.) ... Worked great, but again, the little media it saved was totally lost in the extra time.
