can someone help anaiyze this test print

help please / had a head crash last month thought I had it fixed, did a lot of adjustments in service mode, seem to of missed somthing

DIY Printer Fixing Guide
Loosen the 3 screws that hold the head bracket down and turn the white thumb screw in the front of the head to adjust the vertical alignment. Clockwise will pull the head towards you and counter clockwise will push the head away from you. Adjust it until it lines up with the other head.

Note: Make sure you do these alignments while the head is not capped. Also, if the adjustment doesn't seem to move, you most likely have dried ink under the head bracket which acts like a glue. You will need to clean it out for the adjustment to work properly.
