Can someone open these files?

I'm having a horrible time trying to import any .cdr file. I of course don't have Corel Draw... but I would have thought either Omega, Illustrator or PhotoShop would at least be able to IMPORT them.

Anyone willing to convert these for me? Or know of a place/application that will convert these files?
