Can these scuff marks go away?

The customer's leaving town, so this is a rush job. I'm short of burgundy,so I got to use this roll that's got the outer 18 inches or so, scuffed up due to being stored wrong. I already cut a 10 foot graphic on this. ( I had just enough within inches)
I did wipe it down gently with some alcohol, and is looks 50% better.
Is there anyway to clean these marks ( calendered film even better)? Thanks, your a great help. :loveya:

When all other avenues have been exhausted use some super glossy synthetic car wax. It will wear off over time, so your client may get a bum deal eventually.

It's called mottling and is removable with heat or simply exposure to the sun ... but that generally takes a few days.
