Can you mail through USPS a RIP Business Card?

Hey everyone, I was wondering if you can mail one of these without putting it in a envelope? Not sure since the return addy isn't directly in the upper left corner.

Not sure on the size, but I have customers that mail 4x6 postcards without envelopes and the left half of the card back has information... the right half has the return address and mailing address.
