cannot print crop mark error

Getting a new error on my Roland Cammjet 540. It always worked flawlessly before, but now when I try to print crop marks for print/laminate/cut it keeps telling me "can't print crop, continue" and then the enter symbol. It will just print the job when I enter.

Any thoughts on how or why the printer would be doing this? I need to laminate and cut this job.

PS - I did do a search but it came up with a LOT of posts about alignment errors and crop mark reading errors, I couldn't find anything about this error.

Must have been an issue with the file.

Went in and re-saved the file, it works now. I would delete the post but don't have that ability.

It actually did that error again. It printed the file, then when I went in and changed the size, tried to print it, and it gave me the error.

I fixed it by deleting it off the queue and then adding it to the queue again. It then printed with the crop marks.
