Cannot Register for Mutoh Club - Need Firmware

We have a Mutoh 1638UH printer that we need to update the firmware on, we were instructed to sign up for Mutoh Club however it seems to be rejecting our serial number, is there some special trick? I keep getting a "null" error and also says "The activation code acquired date will be the warranty start date" which does not make sense since I don't see a spot for an activation code.

Does anyone know how I could get the 1.11 firmware without access to mutoh club? I reached out to Mutoh via their contact form but have not heard back yet.

If you go to the Mutoh website, click on the support menu and there will be an option for PublicFTP. The firmware is in the printer information folder. You just need to find your machine model and open the folder. I'd post a link but it's session locked.

Thank you! I was able to get the MSM software downloaded as well as the 1.11 firmware, now I just need to figure out how to get the printer registered with the software next.

We got the firmware updated, however now it's rejecting our older 3rd party cartridges so we're going to order all Mutoh branded ones and see if that solves the issue. I guess the new firmware doesn't allow the non-mutoh brand carts from what I see on other threads here.
