Canon Hardware Error 03800500-2f2f

We recently purchased a used printer, it throws error message hardware error 03800500-2f2f, turn off printer, wait, then turn on again.

anyone know what this error message is about? Thanks

One of the heads is probably dying/dead. That error means that the printer can't detect any ink being squirted by a particular colour. What does a nozzle print test look like?

Thanks for relying. I came across other comments about because it is the 103 instead of 701. It caused the problem. We put couple of 701 ink to dial, it went okay. Yesterday, we just wanted to start it after two weeks of non using. Same error message came, just have to see maybe another 103 is out of ink.
