Canopy Fabrication

The general manager here is trying to sell this guy on a sign and canopy. He is thinking he will build the canopy from scratch because all the premade ones we've found the client doesn't really like. Was wondering if anyone knows of a place that builds them or at least can fabricate the skeleton of it from .080 aluminum. According to the guys here we don't have the machinery to bend .080 aluminum correctly. This is what he wants to sell the client on building using .080 aluminum. Any suggestions would be appreciated greatly. Thanks in advance!

Just google metal canopies and 100's of them will appear. However, none of them are supported from the bottom and I didn't see any with a makeshift gutter.

Find a roofer and ask him where to get it fabricated.

Structural steel or awning company. You don't want that falling on someone's head and that thing looks really chinsy.
