Can't find that funny video link of customers Wanting something for nothing

It's been a while and I was trying to find this video to show a buddy. Its a montage of a hairdresser, waiter at a restaurant, a video clerk and maybe something else. The customers were complaining and wanting basically the services either discounted or free. Anybody know what I'm talking about?

That's like creating a $300 racecar kit and having the customer say "how bout you go ahead and put your name on the car and we'll call it even." I just LOVE hearing that.
