Can't find this font ???

Stumped on this one. Any help would be appreciated. They only provided me with a raster image. Thanks for any help! I already tried what the font and brands of the world. Flyer bold is close.

I see what you have. Raster or Vector? Although I'd be happy to just find the font. I normaly would just vectorize it myself from a similar font, but I'm going to Philly for 3 days and they of course, need it now.
