Need Help cant open file

hi can anyone give me any help i have a signlab file i'm trying to open but it wont read
tried renaming and importing i cant load bak file as i cant find the location they have moved anybody else had this

Dammit, make it faster!!
If the backup file has been moved search windows explorer for the backup file
*.bak
