Can't Reinstall Onyx 21 or 22, freezes at License stage

Recent windows updates screwed over Onyx and couldn't get it to load past the splash screen.
Uninstalled it and tried reinstalling it. Froze and license confirmation.
Tried a few times. Same thing.
As Admin.
In Safe Mode.
Avast disabled
Onyx tech support, tried and same thing.
Purged system of lingering files from first installation including Reg keys and anything in temp folder
Same thing.
Really don't want to have to reinstall Windows.
Any ideas, while I wait for Corporate IT to get back to me.

Remove it. Really.

Then unpack the installation again, it's important and try to install.

I can pretty much promise it will install if you uninstall avast.

The best way is you should try rollback your Windows before update and try again to install Onyx.

meh, remove it. don't really need antivirus on PCs unless you have people really clicking things they shouldn't on the web.
The windows defender is great and has been for years now.

Probably a problem with the dongle driver. Try to manually run the Sentinel Protection Installer, before you install Onyx.

Whether singular or some combination of Sentinel Protection Installer and Removing Avast. Its reinstalled now.
