Can't see my Mimaki CJV300-160 Plus on network

I have Flexi production manager, version 24 and installed everything on a single computer connected to a network by utp. I have a Epson 30600 installed on the network and a Mimaki CJV300-160 Plus on the same. The Epson installed correctly but it seems to have a problem finding my Mimaki. I set everything right and if i ping (cmd on computer) the mimaki it seems to find it. Also rasterlink seems to find my Mimaki so that seems to be correct. I tried to find it automaticly without any result and by entering the ip manualy, changed port to 9100, 9101, 11110 (saw that portnumber on this forum) but without any result. Anybody know whats wrong?

On the printer, go to machine setup and look for network and view the IP address from there to see if you can directly connect to it.

I can see the ip on the Mimaki and tried it manualy in Flexi but says that i must contact network admin to fix the problem. My mimaki is on the network and i know wich ip but it seems that only flexi doesn't see my Mimaki

If you JUST did a new install of windows, or a new computer, be sure network discovery is enabled.
enable file and printer sharing.
AS A TEST turn off firewall.
WHAT ANTIVIRUS IS INSTALLED?

sometimes windows 11 is not our friend

can you ping the printer from your pc?
from a different pc?

How many cartridge you use? 8 or 4? In instalation time I couldn't add jv300 to rip, because only 4 cartridge and 4 chip was installed in printer. I connected 4 more chips and could add printer to rip
