Cap sensor error

hi, anyone
i have mutoh rh II 800, i have trouble with my machine. it's can turn on, but have in initialize... show the panel is "cap sensor error e081". i have checked cap sensor, cable sensor and motor. and i have suit it with wiper sensor the result indicated its part is fine. my analyze cap motor can be turn on, but its have test the motor is fine too.
anyone, can you give me solutions?
and do you know where i get the main board with spec DE-2172c
