Cap Tops and Head Soak on a truvis Sg300

Hi,
was getting ready to do a head soak on my Sg300 Truvis. I usually apply cleaning solution into the cap tops before moving heads back. One cap top will not hold fluid. You put it in and it just goes down.
Other one is fine. I replaced these cap tops about 6 months ago. Any ideas on what's going on.

If it is draining straight away it is normally down to either the hose has come loose from either the cap top or the pump, or the hose has split. Check this first as its the most likely reason.

Were they genuine or 3rd party cap tops?
