Capping Station Replacement

I have to replace my capping station on a Mimaki JV3-130 SPII. I was wondering if anyone has done this or if any one has access to some sort of replacement manual and what not. We can't afford to have a tech come out for $1500.00 and my boss wants me to do this replacement. PLEASE HELP!! Any information or advice is much appreciated.

Unscrew it and replace it- done.

No tricks, don't drop any parts.

Thats it?......... What other sort of maintenance wuld need to be done around the capping station or si that it. I ask as I have never changed anything in 3 years. I do pretty good maintenance and my printer prints fine.

It depends on how much you print.... But if you had it for three years i would change the 2 ink pumps , Capping station and Dampers
