Coroplast ones are easy to make - what are you using them for? Real estate people use cheap Coro.. you could probably buy the backlit ones as well if you want fancier ones.

As noted ikarasu noted use coraplast fastened with DS tape and get your magnets at Harbor Freight.

Search Amazon for Taxi roof sign, and a few LED options come up... But most car places just use cheapo coro
