Car Toppers

Does anyone know of a wholesaler of Cartoppers? I have several political candidates here that would like to use them ,but I cant find a supplier that has them. I just need a basic one, that I can apply vinyl to. Nothing lit, just something really simple. Thanks!

If you want to reinvent the wheel then try coro.

Steal ideas from places like
http://www.airflowsigns.com/page9.html

Don't want to invest in hardware? Try attaching the mags to the coro with VHB tape as they will only be used for temp applications and it will last. That stuff is super-strong and will hold a fender to a car. The coro will rip apart before the tape gives out.

If you were an ASI/PPAI member you could get free or low-cost samples then use what you get to engineer your own.

A must is covering the mags with something (cheap vinyl) to keep the car roofs from being scratched.

Be sure to have a disclaimer sheet (signed by the client) whereas you do not warrant the signs as once they leave the shop you don't have control over installation and use and that they assume full responsibility for end-use.

In any case, whatever you engineer, you had better test well.

Oh, and using neo-magnets (neodymium) is the only way to go.

We usually get them from H&H Sign Supply. Come with rubber coated magnets and are internally lit with a 12v cord.

I love the air flow page. Seems you can mount a small tv screen in there somehow to play a video as you fly down the highway. They also stress that you must follow the installation instructions, even though they appear to not have it installed in the proper position on the roof of their car. The air's not gonna flow very well that way.

Edit - i looked around some more and I guess it is supposed to face that way. Makes more sense to me the other way. Seems like it would fly off or that the coro just wouldn't hold up.

Making America great, one sign at a time.
cant figure out why i feel the prices for these are SO expensive. even at wholesale. i went over to "Alibaba.com" and checked. these things are being sold for 5-20 a PEICE.
huh?
there we go.

p.s. i use HTH as well. solid product, LED options, but of course, people say they are pricey. i BARELY make any money after shipping.
so much work to sell something that has almost no profit.
