Need Help Cast vinyl and laminate in small quantity?

Hey pros,

Wondering if anyone knows where I can get a good cast vinyl and matching laminate in a small roll. I have a short-run project for some special vehicle decals, and something like 30 feet at 54" wide would last for a year. Latex ink...

Any suggestions welcome!
