I like the more subtle fee of the first background and texture more but I don't like the font on "what" in eiher version. If you go with the 2nd design I'd tone down the color a little as I find it a little over powering and it takes away from the more important name of the band/disk.

Just my 2 cents.

Thanks everyone for the input. Two things were consistent among people that didn't like it as is along the way. The speaker icon and the "what" font. Here is an overview of the whole thing. The cover color isn't as vivid in print as on screen. What is white on the disc will show as the disc "chrome" color. I really appreciate all the input!!
