hello there
I'm getting 2 problems with it
1st - when I command to detect cutting marks it does everything right but when it start cutting... it's 9mm away from it's righ position, it start happening when I used a Reflective Vinil... the only solution I got was moving the cutting trace 9mm to the oposite side (nb one I know)
reinstaled the program and driver, reseted to its manufacturer Config and the problem still there

the other problem started today... it's cuttin like 5 times file's real size (but it detect the register maks all ok, before start making all the wrong cutting)
does anyone know what's going on
