CG 160 FX tries to turn on but beeps and powers down

CG 160 FX tries to turn on but beeps and powers down, it did this to us once before and I loaded material in and tried it and it fired up. Figured it was a sensor or something but now about a month later it is doing it again, is it just us or has anybody else had the same problem? And of course I have stuff to cut today :banghead: Any help would be great.
