CG-60st - vinyl bunches when cutting

No matter where the pinch rollers are,
no matter what brand / size / color of vinyl,
after it runs out anywhere from 3' to 6' feet,
it will bunch and shift!

I always run out the length of the job before
cutting, so I know it's not the tension of it coming
off the roll....
Any help?

Have you ever replaced the pinch rollers? If one of the rollers is not putting enough pressure and letting it slide some. We have a rebranded Mimaki that used to be sold as the Stahls Samuri and had a similar issue. I cant for the life of me remember where we got the parts though.

Yes, I have actually just replaced them because I thought
might be the problem. But to no avail....
