CG-61 plotter: any chances to make it works on Windows 7 ?

I know it's an old one but it's still in pretty good shape and I wanna make sure I can make it work with my other computer running on Windows 7

Any driver or other by-pass? It's connected via an adaptor for serial port to USB.
