CGfx160 Speed Wont go above 20

Not sure what's going on here. I cannot select a speed of more than 20. It just loops around back to 1. Any ideas? I've been scouring the manuals for a hour now.

I don't cut through the rip on this machine. I use Mimaki FineCut. FineCut uses the settings that are present on the machine. (ie: I change settings on the machine and finecut just sends the paths)

Speed in the Function menu has been changed between Quality, Normal, and HighSpd and it results in no change to the actual speed.

You can change the speed in finecut on your computer just before you send the file to the cutter, did you try that?

I did try this. It didn't speed up or slow down at all. I'm 99% sure its a setting on the plotter itself.
