Changeable Letter Sandwich Board Sign

I have seen some pre-made for sale online, I am wondering if anyone has any experience and recommendations?

Should I buy one pre made or make one myself?

Can anyone recommend a good supplier for the letter kit?

Has anyone made one? I am looking for 3' x 4' 2 sided with about 5 lines, maybe 10 characters per line.

I have made a ton of sandwich boards in the past out of MDO, but that was a number of years ago. Materials and hardware have changed. I have also made many illuminated sign faces with the track.

if there is just a few things you want to interchange I made channels from one cut channel of corro glued on to a panel above and below where you could slide your interchangable words in and out that are cut vinyl mounted on strips of corro. if that makes any sense:smile:
