I am printing using a Roland sp540-v... 54 inch printer...
My red started dropping out and turning orange so after trying all of the normal things I decided to change the dampers because I had two so, why not, it's worth a try...
Here is what it looked like testing a black square and a red square...
Then after changing the two dampers to that head, this is what happened...
Really nice color but it had smears of yellow and red "behind" it...
So...I tried cleaning the heads manually and this is where I am at right now...
Keep in mind there is NO YELLOW intentionally printed here...
The two squares are supposed to be on a white background...
Any ideas what is going on here.....thank you!
