Changing presure while cutting?????

I am running Windows 7, Flexi 8.5 and have a q42 that is giving me a hard time while cutting. It will cut fine, then reduce pressure in the middle of a job randomly! It has ruined several large runs of vinyl!!! I have been on the phone with SW a bunch and will be again tomorrow. Have you guys seen any of this???? Im at my whits end and have resorted to using my roland, because it is reliable.... Not sure what to do.

I have no idea if it is an operating error or even a computer problem. I would think it is the plotter itself.

Try running the job real slow and see if it makes a difference, and maybe check the blade for wear or possibly it could use a little white grease in the bearings.
