i wasn't impressed either. i told them it was my first time ever ordering channel letters and I needed to be baby'd through the process. They said NO PROBLEM! We got ya! Nope, they didn't produce the sign like I'd requested (gave me a wireway instead of a narrow raceway, which they told me would be NO PROBLEM!) and just generally didn't appear to cater to channel letter ordering newbs, even though they swore up and down that it was so easy.
