Channel letters should not be priced "by the inch". However, seeing how you price yard signs (http://www.gtmsigns.com/yardsigns.htm - "Home of the $3.99 T-Shirt and the $2.99 Yard Sign" ?!?), it doesn't surprise me that you'd think that they would be.
