Right now we are ordering Orajet 3641 from Fellers for .18 sq ft. +free shipping on $100+ orders which is easy to get to.

This stuff is actually pretty decent for the price.
And not saying that it is all we use..(in case customers or competitors are looking)
Anyone know of any cheaper stuff...were talking like crappy sticker grade.
Got a large sticker order we don't want to sub out

I sell 5 Mil Glossy Perm Adhesive vinyl at $0.12, not good for stickers though as it will probably pull away if your die cutting them.

How large of quantity?...Depending on the quantity, it might be best to have them offset printed....The new HP Indigo presses can print on vinyl and clear coat with UV....

The stuff we use comes from a factory in Xining China cost is .02 sqft on a 54" roll freight is $125 a roll and it takes 6 months

I use General Formulations Concept 203 (Fellers) which is the same at Grimco as BriteLine 203 and it's around $80 a roll for a 30" size. Works great for low end jobs such as stickers and yard signs.

You can laminate it with the briteline laminate or oracal 200 or 210 no problem.
