Cheapest full color banner wholesaler with 8' capacity?

I am going to need a supplier for 8' x 60' 13 ounce banners, hemmed with grommets. I'm going to need a lot of them for an ongoing project and I'm looking at needing a wholesale price in the 60¢ range. I know I can have them done offshore but I would prefer domestic. Any suggestions?

Try circle graphics, they do stupid priced banners all the time, quality is crap though so don't expect close viewing.
