Check Foil Error

I keep getting a Check Foil Error. I have changed foils and still the same.
It's the older edge
Is there a sensor I need to clean??

Any help will be appreciated?

have you pushed the slew button and watched to see if the foil winds OK? If you do that and the foil doesn't move, that could be the problem.

I just had one yesterday that did the same with an Apex refill. Slew it and it looked like it was moving right, but the right hand side hadn't engaged the cog all the way. the spring loaded release at the bottom was still sticking out a little. Check to make sure you have all the teeth (4 of them) on the foil cog. Sometimes we still get away with some of the teeth missing. (sounds like an ESVA family reunion :Big Laugh )
