Well,

GM Phil Emery is Fired and Head Coach Marc Trestman is Fired, I'm sure Kromer will be and possibly Mel Tucker too.. I think Cutler is going to stay, I like Cutler but not sure if it will be a good thing or not, he was not effective with his recievers this year at all but on the same line our O line was never solid he was passed rushed almost every time and moved from the pocket, WR's ran wrong routes and dropped passes..

I guess we will see what happens

not a bears fan (go cowboys!) but a football fan. I think it they can find a good deal for cutting ties with cutler, they will do it. He seems to be a big problem in the locker room and a drama queen.

I completely understand this take on it. But being a Bears fan I have to think if we don't keep jay cutler for 2015 who the hell do we have play qb? Jimmy Claussen? I don't think we will be competitive next year either but at least with cutler we wouldn't absolutely be terrible like the titans or Bucs. Just my two cents.

there is always the draft. From my vague knowledge of the bears roster, there are a lot of vets so it's time to get younger anyway.
